That's a mighty big net.

I started reading about this "White House v. Google" story in the paper, followed it up online and was drafting a post about it when I thought, "hey, you know what? Pac's probably already talked about this."

Wouldn't you know it, I was right: the insanity begins with his intro, "in which the government goes on a fishing expedition."

Clever. I actually had to find on Yahoo where one could opt out of being tracked.

It's a shame there aren't more laws protecting privacy concerning cell phones and the internet. Somehow I don't think that was something that was unintentionally overlooked.

I get really hopped up when we talk about Privacy adn the Government.

It's especially troubling given Google's attempts (largely succesful) to position themselves as the "ethical" company amidst a sea of "evil" corporations.

That kind of label has to be good for business.
